How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges & returns
What is your exchange and return policy?
You can exchange or return within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and free of perfume, with the original price tag and barcode attached. Read the full policy.
How do I start an exchange or return?
Go to our Exchange & Return Portal and follow the steps.
Are there any fees?
Any extra shipping fees for a return or exchange are deducted from your refund or added to your exchange.
How many exchanges can I make on one order?
Up to 2 exchanges per order.
How are instalment payments refunded?
Instalment payments are refunded to the original payment method only. They can't be refunded in cash or in our stores.
