Cizaro will gladly make it easier for you to replace or refund your purchases with the value purchased, if you wish,
under the condition below:
14 days from the date of purchase only if your purchases are in their original condition (unused, non-perfumed, unmodified) and accompanied by the original price and barcode when replaced or refunded.

Note that additional shipping fees will be deducted or added to the return or exchange due to the costs of shipping.
